How we are responding to COVID-19

We have always placed an emphasis on health & safety for our guests and associates. The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols & new cleaning technologies for the current circumstances.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.  Please note these procedures may change daily in order to ensure that we meet and exceed the guidelines set up by the CDC and our county officials.

We are:

• using a Power Disinfectant Sprayer Machine with the highest classification of disinfectants
  after EACH party along with additional manual disinfecting of high-touch areas.
• supplying hand sanitizer throughout our venue.
• creating a variety of new included activities with limited person-to-person contact.
• setting up a check-in area prior to entering the venue to check guests’ temperatures. --- Anyone showing 100.4°F/38°C or higher will not be allowed inside.
• encouraging guests to wear masks while inside.
• limiting the number of guests inside our venue.
• requiring staff to wear masks while working and have temperature checks prior to each shift.
• instructing staff who are exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home with guaranteed pay.
