  • Guest Count: Refer to your proposal for numbers applicable to your package; staff enforce capacity limits by counting at the door.

All-Star Party World Child Count Policy — Refer to your proposal for the base package number. Staff counts all children of play age (walking and able to participate) up to age 15 on the event day. Sibling co-parties may exclude up to 2 birthday children from the count; joint parties (multiple families) exclude only 1. Confirm your expected guest count by 8:00 PM the Sunday before your event. Additional children beyond the base number are billed at the "Preconfirmed Rate" (plus the standard facility fee and tax) if confirmed by the Sunday deadline, or at the "Day of Rate" if added day-of, refer to your proposal; no refunds are issued for no-show pre-confirmed children.

  • Guest Conduct: Guests are required to follow all rules posted at the venue. Safety is our top priority. We want everyone to have fun, but NO running throughout the venue (except in designated play areas during a supervised activity).
  • Socks & Waivers: This applies only if your party has a bounce house. Socks are required to enter the bounce house and no food or drinks inside the inflatables. If someone forgets we do have some available for purchase. Each family will need to fill out a waiver upon arrival. Only one waiver per family is needed. There is space for providing multiple children's names. We encourage you to read through the full waiver agreement before your visit so you are familiar with its contents. When you arrive, a staff member will have you sign the waiver on-site. A parent or guardian must be present to sign on behalf of all children participating in activities.
  • Setup & Cleanup: Staff assist the Client with bringing in items & setting up during the agreed upon setup window. They cannot assemble items, use ladders, or inflate balloons; items requiring assembly must arrive ready to use. They will also help the Client pickup and cleanup at the end of the event. Refer to your proposal for specific times. Due to limited space, we cannot store any items brought into the venue. We do NOT provide storage overnight and are NOT responsible for items left behind.

All-Star Party World — All cleanup must be completed within 30 minutes after the event ends.
